The Parramatta Mental Health Centre offers community-based care and support to improve recovery outcomes for adults, their families, and carers.

Job Overview:

Deliver high-quality clinical care as a member of the multidisciplinary team to achieve better health outcomes for adults who experience mental health concerns and their families and carers.

  • Conduct risk assessments and provide risk management in collaboration with the individual, their family/carers, and other support systems.
  • Provide clinical care coordination and therapeutic support to consumers.

Requirements:

  • Must have one of the following: Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist, General or Provisional AHPRA registration as a Psychologist/Clinical Psychologist OR AASW registration/eligibility as a Social Worker
  • Knowledge & understanding of evidence-based interventions and clinical practice in mental health and alcohol and drug use
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in using electronic client/customer management systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Must be eligible to apply/currently hold a WWCC
  • Must hold/be willing to apply for NDIS worker screening clearance
