Disability Support Specialist

We are seeking a Disability Support Specialist to join our team in Brisbane. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, assessing their needs and developing support plans to promote independence and wellbeing.
Key responsibilities include evaluating client requirements, creating educational initiatives, conducting interviews, tracking progress, and directing clients to additional resources. You will also collaborate with community organizations, welfare agencies, and government entities to promote awareness of community services.
The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in a relevant field or 3 years' experience in Disability and Aged Care, hold a Driver's licence, NDIS Workers Screening Card, First Aid Certificate, and Australian Criminal History Check.
