**Technical Services Leader**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Services Leader to oversee our factory's technical service function, sales personnel and customers. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering and significant experience in management within the chemical industry.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to lead a team of direct reports and drive business growth through effective technical support and coordination.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Coordinating the trialing and introduction of new products and processes
  • Providing technical support to the Sales Function to achieve business development strategies and growth targets
  • Ensuring adherence to Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) procedures within the department
  • Undertaking Trade Control Officer (TCO) duties and ensuring compliance with trade control regulations

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
  • Substantial subsequent training and experience in management within the chemical industry
  • Leadership experience of at least 5 years
  • Australia work authorization
  • Ability to commute to Melbourne VIC
