About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead technical strategy and roadmap for your team, ensuring alignment with company vision and objectives.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to individual contributors, helping them grow and develop their skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain technical standards and best practices within your team.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging team members to take calculated risks and try new approaches.
  • Manage project timelines and resources, ensuring timely delivery of projects and meeting stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in leading technical teams, preferably in an engineering management role.
  • Strong technical expertise, with a deep understanding of software development methodologies and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and other business leaders.
