Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic technical leader to join our team as a Senior Solutions Architect. In this role, you will be responsible for leading pre-sales technical scoping, creating professional services estimates and proposals, and articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

About the Role
  • You will work closely with our contact center platform architecture team and potential customers to design customized solutions that meet their unique business needs.
  • As a senior solutions architect, your key responsibility is to be the technical expert during pre-sales processes.
Responsibilities
  • Lead pre-sales technical scoping by analyzing customer requirements and recommending products and services.
  • Create detailed professional services estimates and proposals for new customer solutions.
  • Maintain deep technical expertise across cloud-based solutions.
  • Partner with our Professional Services team for seamless transitions from sales to project delivery.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of customer-facing experience in technical support or consulting roles.
  • 3+ years building, migrating, and deploying cloud-based solutions.
  • Strong technical background in cloud technologies and solution architecture.
  • Experience implementing and supporting AWS environments.
  • Proven ability to translate customer objectives into comprehensive technical solutions and project estimates.
