CBGU JV is a joint venture between CPB Contractors, BAM, Ghella, and UGL, delivering the Tunnel and Stations package for Brisbane's Cross River Rail. This 10.2-kilometre rail line will connect Dutton Park and Bowen Hills, featuring 5.9 kilometres of tunnel under the Brisbane River and CBD. The project includes four new high-capacity underground stations at Boggo Road, Woolloongabba, Albert Street, Roma Street, and the redevelopment of the existing Dutton Park station.

In this role, you will provide administration and coordination support for the project Recruitment team. This is a busy and varied role requiring high attention to detail, adaptability, and effective stakeholder management. The role is based at Milton and is a full-time site-based position. We are interested in your capability to accurately manage concurrent activities, your proactive approach, and your desire to further your career within Recruitment and HR.

You will be responsible for:

  • Training Administration
  • Coordinate and assist with pre-employment processes, including verification of candidate information
  • Assist with cyclical reporting and compliance processes
  • Creating Employee Files
  • Raising employment contracts and correspondence
  • Engagement with stakeholders to achieve project milestones
  • Correspondence and communications
  • Accurately maintain candidate management systems and relevant database
  • General administration using MS Word, Excel, Outlook

Minimum requirements for this role include:

  • Prior experience in providing administrative support to a Shared Services Team in HR/Training or Recruitment
  • Exposure to Construction or related industries is highly desirable
  • Demonstrated organisational, planning, and coordination skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, be solutions-oriented, employ initiative, and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Word and Excel skills
