About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Finance/People Manager to lead a talented and stable team in a dynamic and innovative company. As a Shared Services Team Lead, you will manage a team of 9 professionals, with 70% of your time dedicated to managing, mentoring, and inspiring your team, while also driving key projects and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, ensuring high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee payroll/HR reporting processes and drive efficiencies in these areas.
  • Manage exception reporting and contribute to month-end journal associated with payroll.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement systems enhancements and drive innovation within the finance function.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as directed by the Head of Shared Services.
About You

You will be a proven leader with experience in managing and developing transnational teams within complex environments. Bringing strong analytical skills with a high level of proficiency in Excel and systems (COUPA highly desirable), you will be a driver of efficiencies and innovation. Your ability to influence stakeholders and engage with key business partners will lead to success. A solid background in payroll processes is essential, as you will be reviewing the payroll team and offering direction as and when needed.
