About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Shared Services Administrator to join our CBGU JV team. This is a full-time site-based role based at Milton, offering a unique opportunity to work on Brisbane's Largest Infrastructure Project.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative and coordination support for the project Recruitment team.
  2. Train and assist with pre-employment processes, including verification of candidate information.
  3. Assist with cyclical reporting and compliance processes.
  4. Create and maintain accurate Employee Files.
  5. Raise employment contracts and correspondence.
  6. Engage with stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
  7. Correspond and communicate with various parties.
  8. Audit and maintain candidate management systems and relevant databases.
  9. Perform general administration tasks using MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Requirements

This role requires the following skills and experience:

  1. Prior experience in providing administrative support to a Shared Services Team in HR/Training or Recruitment.
  2. Exposure to Construction or related industries is highly desirable.
  3. Demonstrated organisational, planning, and coordination skills.
  4. Ability to work autonomously, be solutions-focused, and prioritise tasks effectively.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Intermediate level Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
