Vulnerability Management Expert

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the entire vulnerability management lifecycle, ensuring seamless execution across diverse infrastructure platforms.
Key performance indicators include:
- Coordinating vulnerability intake through remediation, tracking, and closure processes.
- Utilizing ServiceNow Vulnerability Response for workflow management, SLA tracking, and reporting purposes.
- Designing and maintaining actionable dashboards and reports that provide transparent insights into progress, backlog, and risk posture.
- Employing data from CrowdStrike, Qualys, and ServiceNow to identify trends, prioritize remediation efforts, and escalate critical issues.
- Facilitating governance sessions to ensure stakeholders are aligned on progress and priorities.
- Resolving remediation blockers by collaborating with technical teams and business units.
This position requires a strong background in process management, vulnerability management, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate should be skilled in leveraging ServiceNow, Power BI, and Excel to drive business outcomes.
