Sales and Customer Experience Advocate

This role involves working closely with sales and operations teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing quotes and orders for account customers
- Preparing reports and reviewing key performance indicators
- Maximising sales opportunities and collaborating with account managers
- Carrying out general administrative duties
We are looking for a team player with excellent customer focus, strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer service and/or sales administration
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP systems
