Job SummaryWe are seeking a collegiate and innovative executive to take a leading role in supporting the Institute in the achievement of its vision, mission, goals and objectives through ensuring the strategic development and delivery of effective, efficient and contemporary corporate affairs, community engagement and fundraising activities.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of around 29 in the management and development of activities that underpin the strategic ambitions of the Institute.
- Oversee the development of communication strategies that effectively convey the Institute's mission.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including corporate partners, donors and community.
- Foster an environment of collaboration and high performance.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing diverse teams.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to consult, collaborate and provide expert guidance to meet diverse stakeholder needs.
- A passion that aligns with the mission and values of QIMR Berghofer.
- A combination of relevant tertiary qualifications and extensive industry experience.
