We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of Business Operations Coordinator. This position requires strong administrative support and coordination skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and itineraries for senior team members.
- Develop presentation materials and coordinate event logistics for customer-facing events, workshops, and product launches.
- Manage meeting resources and reminders, ensuring seamless execution.
- Support internal and external communication efforts through social media channels and company portals.
- Oversee business social media content creation and management.
- Assist in the development of project documentation and proposals, focusing on quality and accuracy.
- Provide reception services, including visitor greetings, phone answering, contractor management, and general office duties.
- Maintain employee recognition programs, including work anniversaries and birthdays.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies, as well as maintain a clean and organized workspace.
