We are seeking a strategic leader to provide direction and guidance to our pavements technical capability.

Job Description

This is a national role that requires collaboration with sector leaders and consideration of the wider business objectives. The successful candidate will have 20+ years' industry experience, recognised as an authority in transport infrastructure design, and have undertaken Manager / Lead roles in similar engineering consulting organisations.

  • Manage multi-disciplinary projects successfully, to client specifications.
  • Build trusting and productive client relationships.
  • Produce high-quality tender/proposal documents.
  • Manage a team effectively for performance and cohesion.

  • Strategic leadership and operational management skills.
  • Strong industry knowledge and network.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
