Job Title: Infrastructure Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our infrastructure projects, shaping the long-term success of our business. The ideal candidate will be able to drive strategic planning, identify growth opportunities, and ensure exceptional delivery across major infrastructure projects.

The successful applicant will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop strategies, plans, structures, systems, and procedures for a safe, cost-effective, and efficient business operation. They will also have excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide clear direction and implement controls and KPIs to measure and compare performance within and across the business.

The key responsibilities of this role include overseeing contract management and commercial execution of all contracts/projects/programs for the major projects portfolio, ensuring all risk is mitigated, all deliverables are achievable prior to acceptance, all changes are approved and implemented, and all customer requirements/specifications/agreed configuration and standards are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies, plans, and structures to achieve business objectives.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the project team, ensuring the successful delivery of all projects.
  • Oversee the commercial execution of all contracts, ensuring that all risk is mitigated and all deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to achieve them.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the infrastructure sector.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
