Job Description

The Head of IT Operations and Service Delivery will lead the strategic planning, implementation, and management of enterprise IT infrastructure, operational services, and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all IT operations, including network architecture, security, hardware, software, and National IT Service Desk.
  • Lead strategic infrastructure direction and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Implement and sustain infrastructure and platforms across hybrid cloud environments.
  • Contribute to technology strategies that drive innovation and align with business goals.
  • Mature ITSM policies and build scalable IT processes for service excellence.
  • Track IT performance and KPIs for continuous process improvements.
  • Maintain IT security controls and data protection measures.
  • Develop processes for IT Infrastructure ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and policy requirements.
  • Oversee adoption of emerging technologies and infrastructure modernisation.
