Job Title: IT Infrastructure Leadership Position

We are seeking an accomplished leader to spearhead our IT Network Services team on a fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster high-performing teams and drive operational excellence, service delivery, people management, and governance of modern IT infrastructure.
  • Lead improvements in monitoring and automation across the Bank's networks, ensuring seamless communication and robustness of services.
  • Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement, empowering employees to excel in their roles.
  • Contribute to policy development, systems, and processes, aligning with industry standards and best practices.
  • Accountable for delivering business service level commitments and measuring performance, including network availability and reliability.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualification and up-to-date industry accreditations, including ITIL and Cisco.
  • A proven track record of leading innovative capabilities and driving continuous improvement in network, converged infrastructure, and cloud environments.
  • Experience in developing and motivating IT infrastructure and operations teams, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Broad knowledge of industry standards and understanding of IT policies and processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to monitor and guide activities throughout service delivery and project lifecycles, ensuring measurement and compliance.
