Senior Infrastructure Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Infrastructure Leader to lead major schools infrastructure programs.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and direction across major schools infrastructure programs, acting as the senior client interface and building and maintaining key relationships with stakeholders.

  • Oversee multiple project teams and mentor senior staff
  • Drive governance, risk management, and reporting across complex programs

About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Extensive experience (12+ years) delivering education and schools infrastructure projects in NSW
  • Proven leadership experience at Senior Infrastructure Leader or equivalent level within consultancy or client-side roles
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills at executive level
  • Tertiary qualifications in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or Project Management
  • A deep understanding of NSW Government procurement and governance frameworks
