We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Deputy Program Leader. As a key member of our program, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences for children in our care.

**Job Description:

  • ">
  • Assist the Director of Service in delivering an exceptional experience for the children in our care.">
  • Contribute to the creation and implementation of enriching experiences based on the preferences of the children in your program (programming).">
  • Support with ensuring your program is compliant according to industry regulations.">
  • Interact with parents and help them with enquiries wherever possible.">
  • Engage with the school community, attending events and assemblies when required.">
  • Co-manage or coordinate during the school holiday program.">

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ">
  • Passion for working with children and a strong desire to make a positive impact.">
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.">
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.">
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do, positive attitude.">
  • Ideal candidate will have previous experience working in Before and After School Care or education.">
  • Hold or be studying towards an ACECQA recognised qualification in Victoria.">
