Job Overview:

Clinical research associates play a pivotal role in shaping the future of medicine by participating in groundbreaking studies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Visits: Engage with sites from initiation to completion, ensuring successful study execution and adherence to protocols.
  • Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement plans to recruit study subjects, impacting project outcomes and timelines.
  • Training and Communication: Provide essential training and maintain robust communication to keep sites aligned, motivated, and informed.
  • Quality and Integrity: Evaluate and enhance site practices, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Study Progress: Monitor regulatory submissions, data query resolutions, and overall study execution, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records and site documents, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Collaboration and Innovation: Work with a team to support project execution, drive success, and foster a culture of innovation.
  • Financial Management: Oversee site financials, ensure timely invoice retrieval, and manage resources effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in life sciences or healthcare (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 18 months of on-site independent monitoring experience, preferably in oncology.
  • Deep knowledge of GCP, ICH, and clinical trial operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and mobile tools.
  • Proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for excellence.
