Job Overview

The Warehouse and Yard Associate plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless warehouse and yard operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee timely deliveries and shipments.
  • Implement standard processes and procedures for warehouse and yard activities, including receiving, storage, yard management, preservation, accuracy, and delivery of inventory/equipment.
  • Accurately enter data into respective systems in a timely manner.
  • Implement the 6S plan and conduct physical inventory verification.
  • Provide guidance and support to other technicians in areas of expertise.

Requirements:

  • High School Certificate or equivalent Diploma with at least 1 year experience in warehousing/supply chain.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 kgs and operate a forklift while loading/unloading freight.
  • Proficient written communication skills.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic math and possess fundamental PC skills.
