Senior Camp Operations Manager

Leading a large-scale project site with over 2,500 people requires exceptional organizational and leadership skills. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in camp management, general services, contractor oversight, or similar areas.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the project site's general facilities and transportation contracts on a daily basis.
- Participate in supplier evaluation processes to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Lead a team responsible for various areas, including general facilities, ground and air transportation, site supplier contract management, catering, recreation, hospitality, cleaning, laundry, and maintenance.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse range of services, ensuring compliance with established standards, and maintaining fluid communication with project teams, contractors, and clients. Strong interpersonal skills, contractor management, and reporting capabilities are essential for success in this role.
Requirements- A background in Administration or related fields is preferred.
- At least 15 years of experience in camp management, general services, contractor oversight, or similar areas (catering, transportation).
- Basic knowledge of HSE, Quality Control, and Planning is required.
- Fluency in English is highly preferred.
