  • Title: Camp Manager
  • Reporting to: Head of Operations
  • Contract: Seasonal work available during school holidays (Easter, Summer, and half terms).
  • Hours: 8am – 6pm weekdays. Full season or part season roles available.
Summary of Position

The Camp Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of our multi-activity holiday childcare programs, ensuring the welfare and safety of children on camp at all times.

We seek enthusiastic and experienced professionals committed to our motto 'Inspire Children Every Day'.

You will manage, motivate, and support your staff team to create fun and engaging holiday camps that promote participation, structure, care, and development. Your responsibilities include ensuring all policies and procedures are followed, liaising with parents, school representatives, and Head Office. You will lead sessions and contribute to maintaining the high standards of physical, emotional, and social care provided by Ultimate Activity Camps.

This role is busy but highly rewarding and varied, with the well-being of parents and children depending on your leadership.
