Job Title: Summer Camp Operations Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead our multi-activity holiday childcare programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the welfare and safety of children on camp at all times.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support their team to create fun and engaging holiday camps that promote participation, structure, care, and development.
Duties will include:
- Ensuring all policies and procedures are followed
- Liaising with parents, school representatives, and Head Office
- Leading sessions and contributing to maintaining high standards of physical, emotional, and social care
This is a busy but highly rewarding role, requiring strong organizational and problem-solving skills. If you are a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about working with children, we would love to hear from you.
