The Role

We seek an exceptional Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic Healthcare & Life Sciences team within Capital Markets. This exciting opportunity involves proactively identifying and executing sales and ad-hoc leasing transactions for strata medical suites, day hospitals, clinics, tertiary, and Life Sciences assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pursue, secure, and transact new listings.
  • Provide strategic sale and repositioning advice for healthcare and Life Sciences properties.
  • Develop financial models to assess asset value.
  • Negotiate and execute the sale, and ad-hoc leasing of target assets.
  • Attend client meetings, take minutes, and action points.
  • Systematically canvas for new businesses and clients, gaining market knowledge.
  • Contribute to strategies increasing department market share and profitability.
  • Assist in coordinating sales and leasing campaigns, including submissions, marketing material, reports, and presentations.
What We're Looking For

A highly motivated individual with a minimum 2-3 years of sales and/or leasing experience, relevant tertiary qualifications in the property industry, and a solid understanding of commercial property sales/leasing processes. A real estate license or certificate of registration is essential. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft package skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, are required.

Candidates should possess excellent relationship-building abilities, flexibility, and a willingness to work as part of a high-performance team.
