Medical Administrator Position

This is a full-time opportunity for a Medical Administrator to join our team in Mackay. The role involves working on a rotating roster with shifts varying between 6:45am and 7:30pm, including occasional weekend work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the medical team
  • Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated reception experience within a radiology or specialist practice is advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deliver high-quality patient care and customer service
