Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Critical Incident Response Counsellor to join our team at LifeWorks. As a critical incident response specialist, you will provide group critical incident response to our organizational clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver critical incident response services to our clients, providing support and guidance during times of crisis.
  • Work with clients to develop and implement crisis response plans, ensuring their well-being and safety.
  • Collaborate with our team to provide comprehensive support services, including group counselling and debriefing.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in counselling, psychology, or social work.
  • Registration with the NCSSW or NSCCT and valid professional liability insurance.
  • CISM, CISD training or EMDR certification is an asset.
  • Experience delivering group critical incident debriefing and/or running counselling groups.
  • Ability to convey sensitivity, professional manner and effective approach when facilitating interventions within the corporate environment.
  • Flexibility to respond to client needs.
