Critical Incident Response Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Critical Incident Response Specialist to join our team at LifeWorks. As a Critical Incident Response Specialist, you will be responsible for providing group Critical Incident Response to our organizational clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Critical Incident Response to our organizational clients
- Work with clients to develop and implement crisis response plans
- Manage the administrative requirements as dictated by our Trauma department
- Collaborate with our team to provide comprehensive support to clients
Requirements:
- Master's degree in counselling, psychology, or social work
- Registration with the NCSSW or NSCCT and valid professional liability insurance
- CISM, CISD training or EMDR certification is an asset
- Experience delivering group critical incident debriefing and/or running counselling groups
- Ability to convey sensitivity, professional manner and effective approach when facilitating interventions within the corporate environment
- Flexibility to respond to client needs
