About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Emergency Response Training Specialist to join our team at Real Response. As a Simulation-Based First Aid Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to a variety of clients across Australia and potentially abroad.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver simulation-based emergency response training courses to clients, utilizing cutting-edge technology and innovative training methods.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their training needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with our team of experts to design and deliver training programs that meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.
- Conduct needs assessments and develop training plans to meet the specific requirements of clients.
- Provide ongoing support and evaluation to clients, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to navigate critical situations.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- A strong background in Paramedicine, emergency nursing, fire EMR, military medicine, or other direct experience within the emergency medical field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate clients.
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or willingness to undertake this prior to employment.
- A current police check and working with children's check, or willingness to acquire.
