Expert Breast and Endocrine Surgical Nurse

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of healthcare professionals in a specialist breast and endocrine surgery unit.
About the Role:This role involves providing expert nursing care to patients undergoing complex surgical procedures. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting leading surgeons and contributing to high-quality patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide person-centred, clinical nursing care to patients with breast cancers/endocrine conditions.
- Coordinate and monitor patient care plans to ensure appropriate care outcomes are achieved daily.
- Support Clinical Nurses or equivalent in providing clinical and educational activities in the outpatient setting.
- Assist with health promotion and education to improve health outcomes.
- Contribute to procedures for effectively dealing with challenging behaviours.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
