Breast/Endocrine Surgery Unit Nursing Position

This ongoing part-time role offers the opportunity to work in a specialized breast and endocrine surgery unit, providing expert care to patients undergoing complex surgical procedures.
- Provide proficient clinical nursing care and case management to patients with breast cancers/endocrine conditions.
- Coordinate patient care plans for individuals around surgery and treatments/follow-up to achieve optimal care outcomes.
- Contribute to strategies for effectively managing challenging behaviors.
- Support clinical nurses in providing clinical and educational activities in the outpatient setting.
- Deliver health promotion and education to patients and their carers to improve health outcomes.
- Facilitate learning experiences for students, new staff orientation, and preceptorship of graduates.
