
Financial Administrator Position Available

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial management, specifically in processing invoices, matching, batching and coding, and performing payment runs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices daily
- Match, batch and code invoices accurately
- Perform payment runs efficiently
- Reconcile bank statements
- Liaise with external suppliers
The successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting with month end closing and BAS preparation, as well as end-to-end Payroll processing for approximately 100 employees.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Large ERP experience (e.g., SAP, JDE)
