Financial Controller Position Available

Our organization is currently seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive the financial management functions ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and on time.
- Ensure customer admission processes meet funding requirements.
- Complete customer departure processes according to legislative requirements.
- Provide support for internal and external audits as required.
- Support the finance team to achieve reporting deadlines by completing tasks in a timely manner.
- Reconcile customer fee accounts and prepare refunds.
- Process customer receipts daily in accordance with procedures.
- Prepare and process billing files meeting monthly deadlines.
- Resolve customer queries received via phone or email in an accurate and timely manner.
The ideal candidate will possess strong account management skills, proficiency in computerised financial accounting systems and experience in end-of-month financial processes.
Requirements:- Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration (desirable).
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role for a large organisation.
- Experience in managing finances and ability to handle large volumes of data.
- Experience in end-of-month financial processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in financial accounting systems including fast accurate keyboard skills.
