Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team in Slacks Creek, QLD. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling all aspects of our financial records, ensuring accurate and timely bookkeeping and accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, billing, and payment processing
  • Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare financial reports, statements, and other documents as required
  • Provide support to the finance team and other departments as needed
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial administration or accounting role, preferably within the Accounting industry
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and software e.g., Xero
  • Simpro software knowledge a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping
  • Proficient in data entry, data analysis, and financial reporting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance is highly desirable
