This Opportunity

We bring together technology and strategic problem-solving in this exciting opportunity. As an Associate Consultant, you will develop web-based applications on the Appian platform to support business strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Apply process improvement disciplines such as BPM, knowledge management, personalization, BI, and application integration to drive business success.
  • Design, implement, and deploy process-centric solutions based on Appian software.
  • Analyze a client's business strategy and processes to develop technical solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Develop prototypes, model business processes, and analyze requirements.
  • Implement quality assurance plans, load testing, and rollout plans to ensure successful project delivery.
To Be Successful
  • Have proficiency in at least one coding language and provide examples of applying that learning.
  • Demonstrate strong academic performance.
  • Excel in verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have a foundational love for technology.
  • Preferred experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and cloud technologies.
