Senior Solutions Architect Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to utilize technical expertise in providing strategic advice and solution leadership through consulting engagements. As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will leverage subject matter knowledge in the relevant industry to deliver high-level and detailed designs, serving as the design authority during project delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative solutions that meet customer requirements using best-of-breed technologies and methodologies.
  • Translate business needs into technology requirements for inclusion in contracts and/or statements of work (SOW).
  • Lead delivery engagements to provide advice, high-level and detailed designs, and quality oversight at various points throughout a project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to solution proposals and cost models for projects, including software, support/maintenance, and services.
  • Produce RFP responses that showcase your expertise.
  • Collaborate with project delivery teams as 'design authority' / technical escalation for projects.
  • Provide input for customer account plans and roadmaps.
  • Sustain high customer satisfaction by managing projects through the entire project lifecycle, including multi-phase, multi-dimensional, and multi-resource projects.
  • Collaborate with Service line directors, project managers, and their teams to finalize estimations and proposal content, providing thought leadership on innovative solutions and findings from client discussions.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Past experience managing projects through the entire project lifecycle.
  • Able to translate business requirements into technology requirements.
  • Detailed understanding of D365 F&O and its applications.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
