The Academic Leader is responsible for overseeing the academic development of students within their designated year level.
They foster a sense of community and care that supports student progress, promote spiritual growth and align with the college's ethos and values.
The role involves working closely with other leaders and teachers to develop and implement Student Wellbeing programs.
Key Responsibilities- Drive a culture of quality learning, staff growth, and academic excellence.
- Model effective teaching practices and inspire a passion for learning in students.
- Develop contemporary teaching pedagogies.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Maintain strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A commitment to pastoral wellbeing and meeting the social and emotional needs of students is essential. The successful candidate will also be required to maintain current registration.
