At Tintern, we also value our staff as much as our students, fostering a workplace that encourages professional growth, collaboration, and opportunities for all.Tintern Grammar seeks to appoint an experienced and dedicated secondary teacher to the position of Year 12 Level Coordinator, a key leadership role with responsibility for the pastoral care, wellbeing, and academic progress of our Year 12 students.
The role offers the opportunity to combine classroom excellence with a highly influential leadership position in the final year of our students' secondary education.About the RoleAs Year 12 Level Coordinator, you will lead the pastoral program for this important year level, fostering a culture of care, motivation, and academic focus.
You will work closely with students, parents, and staff to support each student in achieving their personal and academic goals, while also ensuring their wellbeing during this milestone year.
Your leadership will encompass student management, wellbeing initiatives, community engagement, and the organisation of key Year 12 events.
