Responsibilities
">- Lead consulting engagements for Ellucian Student implementations and upgrades, ensuring projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time.
- Serve as primary point of contact for APAC consulting delivery, overseeing client requirements and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Manage, mentor, and develop high-performing consulting teams, fostering a collaborative environment focused on client success.
- Provide strategic direction and mentorship on implementation strategies, industry best practices, and global delivery methodologies.
Requirements
">- Minimum 15 years' experience in consulting services, with at least 10 years in higher education student business office roles.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Ellucian Student SIS modules or similar platforms.
- Proven ability to manage and lead consulting teams, including performance management and professional development.
- Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution.
