About the Role

This position is responsible for leading and overseeing daily operations of project teams, owning project direction and outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Higher Education, with comprehensive experience across university functions, including key services, research activities, partnerships, and operational strategies.

A solid grasp of trends and technological advances, such as artificial intelligence, is essential, along with the ability to translate this into strategic recommendations addressing sector complexity and client needs.

  1. Leading project management activities, including financial management and risk mitigation.
  2. Managing client relationships within the higher education sector and building new relationships.
  3. Collaborating with clients to solve key business challenges using strategy expertise.

This role offers opportunities to engage directly with clients through interviews and workshops, collaborating with experts across various Deloitte teams. Our culture emphasizes continuous development, mentorship, and a healthy work-life balance.

To be successful, you will need to hold a tertiary degree with an outstanding academic record and demonstrated strategy consulting experience within a Tier 1 firm or a university strategy team.
