Job Title: Higher Education Systems Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide support and backfill for a team member on leave. This is a key role working on service requests and standard support tickets, collaborating with teams across Australia and India.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide functional support for higher education systems, addressing tickets and service requests.
  • Collaborate with local and offshore teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Engage in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, business process mapping, configuration, and testing.
  • Deliver high-quality documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and test scripts.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5-6 years' experience as a higher education systems specialist.
  • Strong hands-on expertise across at least 5 higher education system modules.
  • Experience with SQL, PS Queries, and Integration Broker monitoring.
  • Proven ability in full systems development lifecycle, from requirements to testing.
  • Solid background in quality assurance, including test planning and execution.
