Job Description

We are seeking a strategic leader to join our team and drive business transformation in the higher education sector. As a director, you will work with senior stakeholders to develop new strategies, shape and deliver business transformation, and design operating models.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

  • Designing institution-wide as well as portfolio-specific strategies
  • Transforming business and operating models, enabled by technology, data, and AI
  • Creating innovation and venture propositions that drive sustained institutional value and student outcomes
  • Engaging directly with senior clients across education and adjacent industries on their most important and challenging business issues
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A tertiary degree with an outstanding academic record
  • Demonstrated strategy consulting experience in a Tier 1 consulting firm or senior internal corporate project advisory roles
  • Exceptional quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to exercise mature judgment
  • Highly effective communication skills to build trust and credibility with key stakeholders
  • Proven capabilities in team leadership, mentoring, and people management
