Job Opportunity

The role of Recruitment Consultant involves managing the full lifecycle of sales, from initial meetings to client wins, with a primary focus on sourcing quality talent for customers' vacancies.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying potential clients by creating lists, obtaining information, referrals, and recommendations from prior or existing clients
  • Participation in local networking events, recruitment business development meetings, and conferences;
  • Attending onsite meetings to develop key client relationships and look for opportunities to improve delivery and cross-sell services.
  • Developing and implementing account management strategies.
  • Sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and filtering candidates for open positions.

This is a sales-based role that will be great for someone with previous sales experience who is confident in building relationships and has a passion for sales.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in a Sales focused role;
  • Experience working in a high-pressured environment, meeting deadlines;
  • Fantastic attention to detail and ability to be versatile
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A desire and competitive drive to meet and exceed targets
