Job Opportunity: Emerging Talent Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about nurturing talent and building the workforce of tomorrow.

The successful candidate will design and deliver impactful early careers initiatives that empower individuals and strengthen our community. You will work closely with teams across various business units to develop and manage programs that support complex work environments.

This role requires a proven track record in developing and managing early careers programs, as well as a strong understanding of talent development and creating opportunities for young people.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant degree qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field
  • Solid work experience in a similar position with exposure in developing, coordinating, and overseeing early career programs
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, including problem-solving skills
  • Experience in project management and delivery of corporate programs involving numerous stakeholders
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning development systems
