Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer relationships and deliver high-quality service to meet their needs and expectations.
- Develop and implement effective service level agreements to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to inform service improvements and drive business results.
- Provide exceptional customer support and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or equivalent trade qualification or experience).
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Exceptional commercial skills and experience in management, delivery, and growth of Service Level Agreements.
- Strong people management skills, with demonstrated experience in developing/coaching team members.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interface at all levels and functions.
