Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Seafood Retail Manager to oversee our store operations, manage inventory, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage store operations to ensure high product quality and presentation standards are met.
  • Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking seafood products.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Train staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Develop merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust inventory and pricing strategies accordingly.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of retail management experience, preferably in the seafood industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of seafood products, including sourcing, handling, and preparation.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
