Retail Operations Manager

To succeed in this challenging role, you will oversee showroom operations, manage staff rostering, forecasting, and resource planning. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and lead recruitment, training, and team member retention.
- Oversee daily operations and team performance to achieve set standards
- Manage the use of technology to improve efficiency and productivity
- Prioritise customer needs and deliver excellent service
- Develop a high-performing team through effective leadership and training
- Proven leadership skills with experience in retail management
- Able to work effectively with systems including POS/EFTPOS/NETO
- Goal-driven, organised and adaptable with strong attention to detail
