Role Overview

The NSW Reconstruction Authority is seeking an experienced Executive Support Professional to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the Advisory Board Secretariat.

This is a critical role ensuring the effective operation of the Advisory Board and the fulfilment of statutory obligations. You will work closely with Advisory Board members, executives, and key stakeholders to coordinate activities and ensure timely information flow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive-level administrative and coordination support to the Advisory Board Secretariat.
  • Liaise with Advisory Board members, executives, and key stakeholders to coordinate activities and ensure timely information flow.
  • Prepare reports, briefs, Board papers, minutes, and submissions with accuracy and clarity.
  • Support the delivery of quarterly reports on the NSW Reconstruction Authority's functions within legislative timeframes.
  • Assist in managing compliance with statutory obligations and supporting the CEO and Minister with required documentation and advice.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualification and/or relevant knowledge and experience.
