Citi's Corporate Advisory team provides expert guidance on mergers, acquisitions, and financial transactions. We empower clients to achieve their objectives by raising funds and managing capital effectively.

\Key Responsibilities:\
  • \
  • Assist in executing strategic advisory services for Financial Institutions clients.\
  • Leverage past investment banking experience to enhance M&A execution and capital raising capabilities.\
  • Contribute to building a strong franchise through strategic partnerships and advisory services.\
  • Manage analysts by providing guidance and feedback, ensuring high-quality work products and exceptional client service.\
  • Drive workstreams as the key intermediary between seniors and analysts, fostering collaboration and effective communication throughout the team.\
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets.\
  • Develop and implement solutions that meet clients' needs, driving business growth and profitability.\
  • Maintain a strong network of relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to deliver innovative and results-driven solutions.\
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes that increase efficiency and productivity.\\

Qualifications:

  • \
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in investment banking or a related field.\
  • A proven track record of creating financial analyses and delivering results-driven solutions.\
  • Strong interest in Financial Institutions coverage, although candidates with other sector experience who demonstrate a passion for FI are also encouraged to apply.\
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.\
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and develop junior team members.\
  • Passion for delivering exceptional client service and building long-term relationships.\\
