Our Opportunity:

We are seeking a high-calibre Appliance Service Technician to join our Sydney team. As a specialist in appliance repair and maintenance, you will use your knowledge to repair appliances and/or air-conditioners quickly and efficiently, working closely with our long-standing customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and fully test the operation of the product to ensure full customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through training media, service manuals, and training sessions
  • Complete all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collection
  • Maintain and manage van stock of spare parts inventory

Requirements:

  • Electrical License or Restricted Electrical Workers License (Disconnect & Reconnect Appliances) preferred, industry experience as a minimum
  • Strong communication skills and strong PC skills
  • Provide premium customer service
  • Be self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable nature
