Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior HVAC/Air Conditioning & Appliances Service Technician to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, providing expert technical support, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately diagnose and repair complex HVAC and air conditioning systems, ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide expert technical guidance and support to junior technicians, ensuring seamless knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our dealer and authorized service center network, providing training and support to enhance their service capabilities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Conduct infield supervision and coaching of technicians and apprentices, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement changes, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated expertise in domestic and commercial HVAC and air conditioning systems, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and technical excellence.
- Refrigeration Mechanical – Certificate III, ARCtick Licence, and an Electrical Practicing Licence for the state.
- Valid and clean driver's license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service experiences in the HVAC and air conditioning industry.
- Self-motivated, with a positive and friendly approachable nature.
